A large vintage 3.25 inch gauge hand built open plank railway wagon. Built exactly like the real thing from wood and metal and sprung buffers.
We purchased a selection of these wagons from a gentleman who explained that they were built in the 1930’s by Bassett-Lowke and were prototype wagons for an intended range of 3.25 inch gauge miniature railway rolling stock, however, production costs were too high so they were never put into production.
With perhaps a bottle of single malt and a fine cigar or two as a wagon load, it would make the perfect gift for the man who has everything.
Of course, for that very special birthday, we can source a bottle of the preferred tipple of the same date of birth.
