Original comic artwork

We’ve come across many comic cover artworks in our time, but this example is the best we have seen. It depicts a B17 turret gunner in the heat of battle and features on the cover of Air Ace Picture Library ‘Flying Fortress’, No 25.

Painted by famed comic illustrator Nino Caroselli in 1960, the colours are as a rich as the day he created this stunning piece. The painting comes with a copy of the actual comic. Both are framed.
